Marceline was our 3rd born and immediately we taken by her rich colours. She had a very dark caramel tone to her domino that was not something I'd seen before. Whilst Bells was the first pup to find her voice, little Marcie was always the first to let us know that dinner was running late, or announce to the world that she had just gone to the loo and she was the first the complain about the weather. At less than 2 weeks old, we were having to hold her in front of the air-conditioner vents because the fans and frozen bottles just weren't cutting it and her big coat meant she felt the heat more than her siblings.
It wasn't just her striking colours that caught our eye though, she was a complete goober and had some serious sass, which reminded us of her mother. She had a multitude of nicknames while she was with us, the wombat, fluffy potato, little profiterole, mostly due to the fact that she was SUPER fluffy and a chonker and took quite a while for her little legs to shoot up.
I had been contacted by Sue and Molly quite some time before the litter were born and was just so happy when I was able to offer them a puppy that would suit their lifestyle. Little Marceline will be joining her big sister Bella to have all sorts of adventures and will be making the odd appearance in the show ring, and hopefully one day, return to Ehana to contribute to the next generation.
